Is a source of free videos covering all aspects of all of the Adobe products

This is a link to all of her excellent free videos outlining various techniques and features of both Lightroom and Photoshop

Craft and Vision

This is a web site which sells photography books as Downloadable PDFs for US$5 each (and cheaper with deals). These are a great investment.
